I head off to the ULI’s Europe Conference this week and am hoping for more of the same…. The story she shared - and her creativity, her forward thinking, and her courage - is remarkable, and it was made just that much more palpable when sitting together in a room. I had the chance to host a fireside chat with the legendary Dame Inga Beale (former Chair of Lloyd's amongst other distinguished roles). I recently received photos from last month's Urban Land Institute's Leadership Retreat in Amsterdam. The event was a treat - reminding me of the power of the physical and the power of spontaneity - leading to new opportunities, new information, and even a bit of old fashioned fun.
